“I opened Alpian back in 2024 and loved it instantly. They just kept improving every year. They always have something new in their app (introduced ebill, signature plan, notifications and updated the app design). It is really user friendly. My favorite thing is definitely the investment section. I started investing end of March and the results are amazing (+14%). The best part of this is that I don't need to do anything, there is a team behind working on it, checking where to invest depending the market and moving the money around. Finally I wanted to highlight the rapidity of the customer service team, they were always very responsive and fast.”

“I am amazed by so many negative reviews. I’ve been using the app for years now and it is just perfect… if you know how it works. Many customers are having trouble receiving codes while transferring money or doing other operations because caixa’s security system is very strong and can’t accept unsecured lines. I had an international phone number which wasn’t considered safe by the Spanish banking system therefore it was very hard to receive codes or calls. As soon as I switched to a Spanish number everything worked just fine. Also, I never had a problem communicating with the customer service over the phone. People jump to conclusions way too fast. It’s a shame how a perfectly good app and banking service receives so many bad reviews because people don’t understand, nor are willing to learn how to use and appreciate technology.”
