Honestly I don’t know where the one star reviews are coming from or the comments on restrictions to accounts in your own name. Sure you get asked to prove source of funds for larger amounts but that is UK AML regulation so expected. I’ve sent multiple payments in the last few weeks to an account in my name and to 3 different accounts in Europe belonging to others including one for a quarter of a million Euros. Each cost me £3 at live Euro exchange rate and was completed one day after the money arrived in my Atlantic money account. You cannot beat that!!

We sold a property abroad. I had to jump through a few hoops, but who doesn't when confirming money laundering details. I had to split the euros 50/50 with my ex- wife. I sent her ½ and me ½. Fantastic experience, I would highly, highly recommend Atlantic Money to anyone. I have used FX exchanges before, this is far cheaper and more transparent than anything I have used before. Will be using again when I buy my next property, hopefully in Bulgaria. Atlantic Money is covered by the FSA, so safer than high Street banks which limit your protection to only £85,000
