I am a fairly new customer with TallyMoney, I was intrigued by the advert on YouTube that was played during a channel I watch, so like any person would do, I did all the usual things, Googled them, did the same with other search engines, I saw some really good reviews, that was it I pressed on the link, checked out their site, got their App and setup an account, was good security for the opening of the account. They are very transparent about fees etc. Today I hit a technical issue, I did the online chat, they set a time to contact me by phone, they were very prompt and friendly from the start, they were also very helpful in solving the issue hence the 5 star rating.

Really easy account to use and I love that my money is held in physical gold. The app is simple, the card works like normal and the whole thing feels much more transparent. Really happy so far!
