I've been a customer of Tangerine for many years and honestly have no complaints whatsoever. I've always felt like a valued customer.Their customer service office is easy to reach and agents are super helpful and patient, not matter what my reason for calling. They take the time to guide me and answer all my questions; even repeat things if necessary. They also address my concerns.Recently, I had to dispute an large authorized charge on my credit card and the case turned out to be very complex. I was originally told it could take 60-90 business days to resolve, but I got my money back in less than a month because I was able to securely send them proofs of fraudulent activity... They took things seriously right away and were proactive. I received a new card the very next day after the old one was cancelled.
